Laundry, dishes, cooking, light meals, or large batches of braekfast borittos for a quick meal. Changing sheets (life with baby is full of bodily fluids), "light vaccuming/sweeping" Food shooping, Kitchen clean up, refrigerators cleaned, general organizing, pet feeding and dog walking, plant watering

Sibling Care
|
| |
Extra attention to siblings, walks to the park, books read on the sofa, games played, and meals made. Again offering baby care so mom can give siblings the quality time that they need. Parenting information avaiable upon request.

Emotional support

A supportive mentor to enhance your parenting tecniques, an experienced mother to tell you how well you are doing. Someone to process birth and parenting stories with. A kind and supportive listener.

Educational Care
|
| |
Deirdre is the Basic Newborn Care instructor at Memorial's Health Link, keeing her up to date on all things regarding newborns. She also has many books availble for clients to borrow.

Consultations
|
| |
Consultations are available without a postpartum doula contract. They can run from 2 hours to 4 hours long, and can cover such topics as breastfeeding, baby soothing tecniques, general parenting support, or postpartum concerns.

Nanny Services
|
| |
In search of a full time nanny, or regular nanny needs time off, Mountain doula will occassionally offer this service to current, or former clients, on a temporary basis only.
